Exterior Work 411 Building Finished

After the exterior renovations, the former Farm & Home Savings Assn. building is looking brand new. Now the wait is on for the reported restaurant to open on the ground floor. Share

New Restaurant at 1126 Washington ?

Reportedly, a new restaurant is under construction at the location of the former Red / Beso, next door to Copia. A wall, separating two mirrored spaces has been removed, creating a much larger area. When we have more information we will report. Share

New Gas Station at 40 and Jefferson

A new gas station is now under construction on the Northeast corner of Highway 40 and Jefferson Avenue. We haven’t been able to verify the brand yet. We will report when we find out. Share

Tour of Missouri Downtown St. Louis

What a great event in downtown St. Louis on Labor Day! The first stage of the Tour of Missouri was won by British powerhouse Mark Cavendish of the Columbia team. Mark Cavendish won the sprint,  to win stage 1. Second place was for Juan Jose Haedo (Saxo Bank) of Argentina. Thor Hushovd (Cervelo Test Team) of Norway took third place. [...]

Tour of Missouri Starts Downtown

Labor Day marks the start of the 3rd Tour of Missouri. The first stage, a circuit race, will commence at 7th and Market Streets in downtown St. Louis at 2:30 PM.
