Although the work seems to be going at a snail’s pace and even stalled completely a few weeks ago, progress is still being made on the Roberts Tower. At the adjacent Mayfair Hotel the ground floor lobby is under construction. Crews have removed a wall between the hotel and the tower. A new restaurant will be constructed on the Southeast side of the tower. According to a Hotel employee the tower will function as a hotel with private condos and penthouses on the higher floors.
