Patricia Stevens Academy will be moving into this handsome building at 1521 Washington Avenue late this summer. The building used to be home to the old Club Europe nightclub, now located on N 15th Street.

On September 24, 2008, Patricia Stevens College owner and president, Cynthia Musterman, purchased the first ever permanent campus for the 61-year-old college, a historic building located at 1521 Washington Avenue. With 25,000 square feet of usable space, the Washington Ave. location will provide double the space currently being leased by the College at 330 North 4th Street in the Mansion House Complex. Having been a tenant of the downtown area since opening in 1947, Patricia Stevens College has always supported the growth and redevelopment of the city, but is very excited to acquire an ownership interest in the revitalization currently underway in the Washington Avenue Loft District.
