Windows are being installed

McGowan Brothers Development  has been working hard on their Warehouse 7 Lofts project at 13th Street and Washington Avenue. The building  will be home (tentatively) to The Jive & Wail Piano bar and a Mexican Restaurant on the ground floor. Advertising ageny Group 360 will be occupying  floors 2,3 and 4. They will consolidate from the neighboring Fashion Square Lofts and other locations in the metro.

The elevator shaft will accommodate two new elevators

Floors 5,6 and 7 will house 30 residential apartments. On the roof, a pool and a clubhouse are under construction. Move-in dates are scheduled for August of this year.
