The Warehouse 7 Lofts Building on 13th & Washington

McGowan Brothers Development is putting the finishing touches on their Warehouse 7 Lofts project at 13th and Washington. The first residential tenants have moved in. Advertising agency Group 360 will occupy floors 2,3 and 4 is in the process of moving.  The commercial spaces on the ground floor will be finished soon and ready to welcome The Jive and Wail Piano Bar on the Washington Avenue side and Rosalita’s Cantina, a Mexican restaurant on the 13th Street side. An outdoor patio is also planned on 13th Street.
