The Roberts Tower has been completed. The exterior, that is. This sleek 25-story contemporary skyscraper represents a première in the downtown St. Louis condo market: it’s the first completely new residential tower constructed in downtown in decades. The building offers 55 residences, varying from an 1150 s.f. condo on the lower floors to 5,200 s.f. in one of two  penthouses on the top floors. (The other penthouse boasts 4,400 s.f.) The views from the upper floors will be hard to beat.

The unit finishings will be high-end and Subzero refrigerators and Wolf range-ovens come standard. The units can be completely custom built-out to the demands of the buyer. The tower will feature LED multi-color lighting along the entire length of the building.
