The future Hotel Ignacio sits next door to Triumph Grille on Olive Street

Hotel Ignacio, a 51-room boutique hotel is scheduled to open its doors in early 2011. It’s located next door to Triumph Grill and will be connected internally to the restaurant. The main entrance will be on the east side of the building, accessible through a planned courtyard. Hotel Ignacio is a cooperative project between SLU and Steve Smith of the Lawrence Group.

The north side of Hotel Ignacio is facing Locust Street.

Hotel Ignacio is  located at 3407 Olive Street and will be managed by Equis Hospitality Management based in Brentwood, Missouri.
