Does the Roberts Tower have a public website to promote the building and its commercial and residential space? All I can find is RobertsTower.com, which seems to ask for a username & password. I can’t believe a highrise building that seems to be in need of tenants doesn’t have a site to promote itself and its current (if any) commercial tenants. Without Shula’s 347 Grill, does this mean the building is 100% vacant, both void of commercial and residential tenants?
The website robertstower.com is (or at least used to be) the official website for this building. I guess it was shut down. The Roberts Tower is currently empty. The only functioning floor is the second, which is a ballroom connected to the Mayfair Hotel. The Roberts brothers business entities have suffered some severe setbacks lately and I wouldn’t be surprised if the tower is sold in the near future, voluntarily or in a foreclosure. It’s sad to see it sit empty. Hopefully something will happen soon.
