A mid-century modern revived
Enterprise-rent-a-car recently opened a rental center on 23rd Street and Washington in Downtown-West. They are located in a mid-century modern building, connected to the Motor Lofts to the east and situated just a block from Jefferson Avenue to the west.

Enterprise corporate interior
The interior of the building has been completely renovated and exhibits the familiar Enterprise corporate style. The new center is located in a former automotive dealership built in 1960 and consists of 27,000 square foot of showroom, garage and office space.

The writing is on the wall for employers, residents and tons of new business activity: Downtown St. Louis is the most happening part of the region. Smart businesses are aware of this.
This is cool. Looks nice to.
Would be a lot bolder to move their headquarters out of the county into the city. Glad they have invested something in “midtown” anyway.
You gotta be kidding me. Who the hell are they catering too? The ghetto folks 100 yards north? The whole joint has to be ran by one person.
You are misinformed. No “ghetto folks” to the north but thousands of downtown, midtown and near north side residents in a two-mile radius. Enterprise is employing a team of about five in this location. As a resident of downtown west myself I welcome this new addition to our neighborhood.
