The Holiday Inn Convention Center has been a downtown staple for decades and the hotel was starting to show its age. A multi-million dollar renovation of the interior was started mid-2009 and finished earlier this year. Now, work has begun on a transformation of the exterior of this 295-room hotel. Part of the new renovations at the Mayfair Hotel is a new coffee bar called Roberts’ Cyber Café, an Illy brand franchise. Illy is a great tasting coffee from Italy.
