The new Walgreens across the street from The Georgian Square Building on Lafayette is getting closer to opening its doors. The parking lot will be South and East of the building, accessable via a 14th Street entrance. Koman Properties has the completion date listed as fall 2009. Share
The complete renovation of Marketing Firm Paradowski Creative’s new offices on Locust is in full swing. Currently, the construction seems to be focused on the new roof sections. Blades on Washington, a retro-style barbershop, is now open in the Lucas Lofts building, next door to Flamingo Bowl. They have plasma TV’s and old-style barbershop seats at every station. Blades on Washington is located at 1123 Washington Avenue. Share
