The new Walgreens across the street from The Georgian Square Building on Lafayette is getting closer to opening its doors. The parking lot will be South and East of the building, accessable via a 14th Street entrance. Koman Properties has the completion date listed as fall 2009. Share

City Grocers has long been downtown’s staple for groceries. With the opening of Schnucks Culinaria across the street, they decided to re-invent themselves as City Gourmet. The justice center garage at Clark and Tucker is now open to the public. The garage was built at a cost of $ 12.7 million and is part of the St. Louis City Parking system. Construction started in December 2007. The garage has 540 spaces and retail space is available on the ground floor. Share
